Rebecca has been exposed to multiple comprehensive training philosophies, disciplines & sports that she has integrated & evolved into her personal lifestyle. Her holistic approach to diet & nutrition is based upon creating vitality & longevity to maintain the lifestyle that she wants to pursue. Rebecca strives to seek new avenues in order to enrich her education & teaching.
Rebecca’s philosophy focuses on proper mechanical range of motion, core & joint stabilization & being functionally adapted to one’s personal lifestyle. Her passion is to help you achieve your short-term fitness/health & holistic nutrition goals and long-term lifestyle changes.
Personal Interests & Activities:
· Collegiate softball athlete along with competitive soccer, beach volleyball, mountain biking, trail running, surfing, sky diving, horseback riding, & back-packing
· Trained in Boxing/Kickboxing under Dino Spencer at the World Famous 5th St. Gym in South Beach, Miami
· Adventure racing, triathlons, & national level figure competitor Rock climbing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, & skiing
