Heidi has spent her career building successful organizations by focusing on the details. Those details include graduating with her Masters of Accounting from Utah State University summa cum laude before starting her career in public accounting. Heidi knew that she wanted to work in industry and followed the long-honored tradition of attrition; she spent the next eight years in the construction supplies distribution industry before moving to the construction industry.
