      Jerry is a Southern California native growing up in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. From a young age, Jerry grew up learning and loving the game of golf with his father and grandfather. After high school, Jerry moved to San Diego to attend the San Diego Golf Academy. Following completion, he spent the next 14 years in the private country club setting. During his time at La Jolla Country Club, Jerry was a successful manager and greatly respected for his private and group instruction. Jerry is a Certified Instructor by the PGA, as well as a certified Flightscope Instructor.

      During his time as Head Professional at Pauma Valley Country Club he introduce the club to the latest in golf operations technology. Jerry created new programs that enhanced the clubs image and motivated the Professional Staff.  Jerry remains a competitive player through the PGA Section and Chapter.  He has represented the SDPGA as a top ten player in the chapter.

      When Jerry isn’t at the club he is spending time with his family. His wife Melodie is also a Southern California native with a background in Sports Medicine and currently is a Pilates Instructor. She also gives the pro a run for his money on the golf course. They have two young children son Luke (5) and daughter Laine (2).

      Tradition is lucky to have Judy Furst as the head teaching professional. Judy has been golfing throughout her life. Progressing through the Junior Golf program, she had a successful professional career before joining the LPGA Teaching Division in 1991. In 2004 , Judy won the LPGA Golf For Women Magazine National Championship in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

      The professional skills Judy exhibits are shared with Tradition members. Consistently imparting her love of golf through private lessons, golf clinics, and tournaments, she has been recognized for her excellence. In 2007, Judy was named as the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Western Section Teacher of the Year. In 2010, she was named to Golf Digest’s inaugural list of the Top 50 women teaching pros in the country.

      When she’s not golfing, Judy can be found with her two Cavachons: Toby and Bailey, a brother and sister. She also serves as “Judge Judy” in the annual Tradition Dog Show.
  • Curtis Hayden, Head Professional

      Curtis Hayden was born in the small rural town of Clio, Michigan. He started playing golf as a freshman in High School, and went on to play golf at Mott Community College, a nationally-ranked NJCAA program. This inspired him to make a career out of golf, so he attended and graduated from Ferris State University (2013) in Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Professional Golf Management. Upon graduation, he was elected into the PGA of America and has been a Class-A member ever since.

      Curtis started at Tradition Golf Club as part of the Outside Service team. He has since moved into the Golf Shop and is our Tournament Coordinator, and now the First Assistant using his experience and presentation skills to make each of our events a success.

      When Curtis is not at Tradition, he is spending time with his beautiful girlfriend Tammy, or watching his beloved Detroit sports teams.

      Rhonda is the apparel buyer and merchandiser for Tradition Golf Club. Originally from Puyallup Washington. Rhonda has been a desert resident for the past 20 years. She has a wide range of experience; starting as a cosmetologist, she then went on to work as customer service manager for Eagle Hardware & Garden.  After taking a few years off to raise her two kids, Rhonda joined Bermuda Dunes Country Club where she learned about the golf business as their shop merchandiser.  She feels fortunate to have experienced working the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic where it was first originated.

      Rhonda is passionate about everything she does. She has an eye for detail and loves keeping up with all current golf trends. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and friends, attending a good rock concert and fishing on Lake Coeur d’ Alene with her family.

      Marc graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s of Science/Professional Golf Management (2018) Member of PGA of America 

      Golf has been a large part of my life since a young child. Growing up and learning on local golf courses around Montrose, Michigan. Learning more about the golf industry outside of my studies interning at the Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia to multiple seasons as an Assistant Professional at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club in Wisconsin.

      When not working, I like to spend as much time on a golf course as possible. Playing and enjoying company of friends & family, watching hockey or football, and relaxing at home with his girlfriend, Kristen. 

      Marc loves that Tradition encases all that one could enjoy from a love of golf. The creative, yet challenging course with pristine views is a special place to enjoy while spending time with others bonding over the great game we chose to play.

      Addison's credentials include: Golf Academy of America – Associate of applied Business Univ. of Nevada, Las Vegas – Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Mgmt. + Professional Golf Mgmt.

       

      He started my career in golf at high end private clubs including, The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe, Las Vegas Country Club, and Montreux. I enjoy all aspects of the golf industry with an emphasis on teaching/clinics and running golf tournaments.

      Addison's family lives in Reno, NV, Sarasota, FL and San Diego, CA.

      The Florida keys is one of my favorite places to visit, I enjoy fishing, surfing, and long road trips.

       

      Addison appreciates Tradition because it was home to The King, knowing that Arnold Palmer is represented in every aspect of the club.

      Harrison was born and raised in San Jose, California.

      His love for the game of golf started when he and his family moved to Whitefish Montana during his high school years.

      In 2018 he became a PGA class A professional.

      Harrison brings with him 10 Years of both private and public golf course experience. If Harrison is not golfing with friends he enjoys hiking and kayaking.
